OUR FOUNDER – A MAN WHOSE JOURNEY BEGAN WITH A LOVE FOR BREADCRUMBS AND CONTINUES BEHIND THE LAM NGOC BRAND

The founder of Lam Ngoc Co. Ltd., Binh, is not a man of many words, but his dedication is evident in every bag of flour and every strict quality standard the company upholds. Coming from a background in food manufacturing, he has long carried one question in his mind:

How can Vietnamese panko compete with Japanese and Korean products and earn its place on tables around the world?

Starting with a small factory, Binh patiently experimented with formulas, testing hundreds of batches and investing step by step in new machinery – slow, but steady. There was no grand marketing campaign; Lam Ngoc earned its place in the market through quality alone.

“When a customer comes back to buy a second time, that’s when I know we’re on the right path.”

This simple philosophy continues to guide Lam Ngoc today:
