Production technology

Lam Ngoc Co., Ltd.’s fried dough processing factory is located in the heart of the Mekong Delta’s fisheries, at Lot 2-11F Tra Noc II Industrial Park – Can Tho City. Our factory is equipped with modern and advanced equipment, manufactured according to Japanese technology lines and quality management according to HACCP, HALAL, BRC and ISO 22000:2005 standards. Our staff is trained for many years by leading Japanese experts in breadcrumb production.
