After production, the bread is kept in its original block form, cooled, packaged, and frozen to maintain optimal quality.

Whole bread loaves allow customers to easily adjust the crumb texture (or porosity) and flake size when grinding, and to blend with other types of flour to create customized panko with a unique texture and character for their brand.

Lam Ngoc Whole Bread Blocks are available in several texture profiles, all with 100% natural colors: light and porous, fine and brittle, or firm and dense.
Lam Ngoc Food produces and supplies electric-current baked bread blocks, featuring a white, crustless, and porous texture — the perfect base for premium panko crumb production.
